| Q. How does the high-speed wireless system work? |
| A. The wireless system operates on Radio Frequency. We are using the 2.4GHz and the 900MHz frequencies. Using radio waves, we transmit a signal from one of the 5 towers, to the antenna on or in your home. The antenna can be placed indoors or outdoors, depending on location and signal strength. |
| Q. What equipment do I need? |
| A: We retain ownership of the equipment. The only thing you need for a single computer is a network card in your computer. If you do not have one, we can install one for you on site for an additional fee. If you wish to hook up more than one computer to the wireless, you will need to purchase a router. We have these available also. |
| Q. What is the installation fee? |
| A. We do not have an installation fee. We also do not have a contract period. |
| Q. Are there any other costs I need to know about? |
| A. We have no hidden costs! Our monthly fee is one price, we are committed to providing a quality service to our customers for a reasonable price. |

Q. What is the process of installation? |
|
A. If you are in an area where we already have installations, we will not need to do a site survey. If it is in an area that we do not have signal strength reports in, we will perform a site survey. After this, if the signal is strong enough, we will schedule an installation. Q. Does it use my phone line? A. No, the system does not use the telephone system at all. In fact, you can receive and place calls while you are on the Internet. |
